Customization Process

When placing your order for a customized product, instructions should be provided regarding the image, caption, details to be included in the engraving (number of individuals or animals), how you wish the photo to be cropped, background removal, touch-ups and many other important details. Should you have forgotten to include anything, you may contact us via email regarding your order. Do let us know if your order is urgent before submitting your purchase. We will do our best to get your order ready as soon as possible.

     1.  After we confirm your order and payment, we will send you an artwork proof* via email ASAP.

     2.  Upon receiving your approval of the proof via email, it will take time for the engraving to be complete.

     3.  When your order is completed, we will email you the tracking number to track your purchase online through Express.

*You are entitled to have amendment of the artwork proof. An email with the amended proof will be sent to you for approval.
